Q: Why did I receive an email that my “Order has shipped” without any tracking details?
A: Our website generates an automated email that “Order has been shipped” and Hooray! An order has been Successfully dispatched. This more accurately means that our operators are in receipt of your order for processing, but the order ships based on product availability.
Church school material may take several weeks for delivery so please order 6-8 weeks before a new quarter.
Q: How do I reset my login password?

The reset link may route to your email’s spam folder. If link does not appear after a day and the problem persists, order by phone at 615-256-5882 ext. 1800 for Customer Service to prevent delay. We're working to upgrade our website.
Q: Does the AMEC Publishing House sell certificates?
A: We no longer sell certificates; however, we partnered with Spirit Filled Christian Bookstore in Birmingham, AL. Contact them today and specify “AME” as they sell material for other denominations.

They do not sell templates that would allow churches to easily fill in the certificates.
Q: Is Paypal required for your website?
A: You may checkout using a Paypal account OR pay with a credit/debit card.
When ordering with a credit/debit card, Paypal is also the processing software so it may appear on your bank statement and receipt.
Once you have selected items in your shopping cart, "Proceed to Checkout" and enter your login details. If you don't have a registered account, you may check out as a guest.
Enter the billing and shipping addresses and select the green button "Place Order."
You will then be routed to a screen where you can enter a Paypal account OR scroll down to enter a card number.
